TOTAL PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION:
The client upon arrival at the rural accommodation with the registration number described at the beginning of this document, must pay in full the amount owed for the reservation, which will always be delivered in cash. This amount will be the difference between the total amount of the reservation of the stay and the payment fee for the reservation, which was paid by credit card or bank transfer to make the reservation effective through any of our online platforms of Bookings.
If the client for any circumstance, whether justified or unjustified, has to leave the accommodation and cannot enjoy all the days stipulated in his reservation, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded nor the amount corresponding to the days not enjoyed. herself.
The Rural House can only be occupied with the number of people indicated in the reservation (both adults and children). In no case can this figure be exceeded. Due to current regulations, visits from outsiders, not registered, are not allowed in the Rural House or in the garden. In the event that the number of occupants of the rented house exceeds the number of those indicated in the contract and declared in the entry document and, consequently, in the registration forms that are delivered to the authorities, the OWNER will reserves the right of admission and will inform the authority, exempting itself from any incident that may occur in the rural house, derived from an over-occupation. The house is provided with facilities, spaces and furniture according to the capacity with which it has been rented. Any improper use of the house will not entitle the CLIENT to any claim. On the contrary, in the event of any breakdown caused by improper use of the CLIENT, the latter assumes responsibility and will have to pay the full cost of the necessary repair.
IN ADDITION, OTHER RULES OF USE AND COEXISTENCE ARE ESTABLISHED:
Respect, at all times, for calm and rest, as well as coexistence with other people who may be staying in houses adjacent to the rural house. For this reason, parties are not allowed.
The CLIENT must be diligent and careful in the consumption of electricity, heating, air conditioning, water, and firewood. The house has a hot sanitary water accumulator, which when overused will stop heating, until it is replenished again. The security of the building and homes, in this sense, the CLIENT must try to keep the entrance door and windows well closed, especially when leaving, as they would in their own home. It is forbidden to leave garbage in the house, garden or on the street next to the entrance door. The CLIENT agrees to throw their garbage bags in one of the containers for their deposit that exist in the surroundings. The CLIENT must respect the furniture and facilities of the home. We like that all our guests, like you, find maximum comfort and cleanliness. For reasons of the location of the property, the use of any type of pyrotechnic material (firecrackers, flares, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Faced with evidence of VANDALISM, NOISE, Riot, BASED COMPLAINTS OF NEIGHBORS or IMPRUDENT USE of the house and its furnishings, the owners reserve the right to terminate the rental contract at any time, and the tenants must leave the property immediately. The OWNER reserves the right not to accept or cancel stays that do not comply with the rules of coexistence, at any time and without the possibility of reimbursement. The OWNER is not responsible for the personal belongings deposited in the house by the CLIENTS, as well as for the objects that they may have forgotten.
ENTRY AND DEPARTURE TIMES:
The entrance to the rural house will be from 12 noon on the first contracted day (Whenever possible) and the exit until 12 o’clock on the last contracted day. In the event that the CLIENT does not leave the accommodation at 12:00 hours on the day of departure, the OWNER may claim from the client one more day of PAYMENT OF STAY.
